After spending three decades in automotive manufacturing, she traded the production floor for the open road and discovered a passion she wishes she’d found sooner. Starting as a trainee, Chelle embraced every mile and every lesson with determination. Transitioning from a 30-year career into trucking is no small decision, yet Chelle reflects on it with one clear message: it was the best career change she’s ever made.
